What Your Credit Card Potential Test Score Means

What Your Credit Card Potential Test Score Means

Use It To Pay Off Your Other Charges

With a higher credit limit, you’ll have more flexibility for purchases, vacations, and cash advances… and you may be able to consolidate other credit card balances and save on interest as well. And since you pay nothing for credit you don’t use, it makes sense to apply for the highest credit card line possible.

If Your Credit Card Test Score is…

15 to 17 points: You could qualify for a Credit Card up to $1,000.

18 to 21 points: You could qualify for a Credit Card up to $2,000.

22 to 27 points: You could qualify for a Credit Card up to $3,000

28 to 32 points: You could qualify for a Credit Card up to $5,000.

Over 32 points: You could qualify for a Credit Card over $5,000.

You may find that you could apply for more credit than you thought. But regardless of how you scored, apply for any credit limit you have in mind. That’s because our credit officers always try to find ways to meet the needs of our customers, not look for reasons why they can’t.
