To report your debit card(s) lost or stolen, please call the main office at (256)734-1740 during regular business hours or, after regular business hours, call the lost or stolen card support line at 1-800-472-3272. To order a replacement debit card, you will need to come by the main office during regular business hours and visit with one of our customer service representatives, or call and talk to them and a request form can be mailed to your address for you to sign and return. Your replacement card cannot be ordered until we have the signed form returned to us.
